Once you've completed our free registration, you are able to view the scholarships that we've matched you to through the "Scholarships" tab. On this page, you can see your "FastWeb Profile Status" in the upper, left-hand corner. Depending on how detailed you were in your registration, that percentage is high or low. It's important to get as close to 100% as possible in order to maximize scholarship opportunities.
Not maxed out? You have the option to beef up your profile. Just look a few boxes down from your "FastWeb Profile Status." And this time…tell us everything.
After you've produced a vast arsenal of scholarship-worthy material, check your results! You'll find merit, promotional, and contest scholarships. The difference? Check them out below:
Merit: A financial award for your academic, social, or volunteering prowess.
Promotion: Promotion of a company through scholarships given to YOU.
Contest: A fun way to show off your talent-and win scholarships!
Click on a scholarship to get more detailed information, such as a description, the promoter's website, and a deadline, among other gems of info. Simple, right? You can even organize your scholarships into favorites or trash. Just check the status box next to the scholarship and add to "Favorites" or "Discard" through the bright, yellow buttons that rest on top of your results.
Excuses, excuses, excuses--now you have none. With a profile so rich, there is no reason why you shouldn't have a wealth of scholarships to apply to.
